Refund Policy

At Global Champion Sports, we aim to ensure a pleasant experience for all our members. Our refund policy specifies the circumstances in which a refund can be issued.

Registration Cancellations

• Full Refund: A full refund will be issued for cancellations received before [timeframe, e.g., two weeks] prior to the program start date. A processing fee of [amount] may apply.

• Partial Refund: A partial refund (minus a processing fee and any program-specific costs) may be issued for cancellations received within [timeframe, e.g., one week] of the program start date.

• No Refund: Generally, no refunds will be issued for cancellations after the program start date or for missed classes.

Exceptions

• Medical Reasons: A full or partial refund may be issued in cases of documented medical reasons preventing participation, with a doctor's note required.

• Program Cancellation: If the academy cancels a program due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons, a full refund will be issued.
