At Global Champion Sports, we aim to ensure a pleasant experience for all our members. Our refund policy specifies the circumstances in which a refund can be issued.
Registration Cancellations

Full Refund: A full refund will be issued for cancellations received before [timeframe, e.g., two weeks] prior to the program start date. A processing fee of [amount] may apply.

Partial Refund: A partial refund (minus a processing fee and any program-specific costs) may be issued for cancellations received within [timeframe, e.g., one week] of the program start date.

No Refund: Generally, no refunds will be issued for cancellations after the program start date or for missed classes.
Exceptions

Medical Reasons: A full or partial refund may be issued in cases of documented medical reasons preventing participation, with a doctor's note required.

Program Cancellation: If the academy cancels a program due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons, a full refund will be issued.

Requests for Refunds
To request a refund, kindly send an email to info@globalchampionsports.com with your name, program name, and reason for the refund. Written requests are mandatory.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (minus any processing fees).
